Shipping and Returns

Obsessionsj.com provides a tracking number for all shipped items. Orders must be over $99 CAD pre-tax to qualify for Free Shipping within Canada. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined.


Canada:

Shipments within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, Fed Ex or UPS and the delivery time may vary from 4-12 business days depending on the postal code. Rural Canada may have a longer delivery time. All Shipping times are estimates only and there may be carrier delays which is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for such delays.


USA:

Shipments going to the United States are shipped via Canada Post, Fed Ex.or UPS depending on our choice of available service.
Continental USA: Packages may take 4 -14 Business Days. For Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico it may take longer.


International:

We currently do not accept orders outside Canada and the USA.

RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for shopping with Obsessionsj.com. Please carefully review our return policy to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Final Sale Items:
    Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
  2. Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return regular-priced and sale-priced merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Please ensure the item(s) are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  3. Lab Grown Diamond Return Policy:

    • Items can be returned within seven days of receipt.
    • Must be in original conditionbrand new, and unworn with all packaging and appraisals included.
    • If the item is received incomplete, it will not qualify for a return.
    • 50% restocking fee applies for incomplete returns.
  4. In-Store vs. Online Returns:
    Please note that our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy. For details on in-store returns, please visit our store directly.
  5. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your payment method.
  6. Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any additional charges, such as customs duties or brokerage fees, will also be at the customer's expense. com is not responsible for any return shipping charges.
  7. Incorrect Address / Refused Shipments:
    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is refused at delivery, all shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  8. Condition of Returned Items:
    Returned items must not be worn, altered, or damaged. All items must include original tags and be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned goods do not meet these conditions.
  9. Store Drop-Offs:
    Returns cannot be dropped off at our physical store location. All returns must be mailed to the address provided. A $25 return handling fee may be deducted from your refund if a return is dropped off at the store.

Free Gift with Purchase

As part of our special promotions, customers are eligible to receive one free gift per purchase, where applicable. Please note the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility: A free gift is offered with each qualifying purchase, limited to one gift per transaction.
  2. Returns & Exchanges: Gifts received with a purchase cannot be exchanged or returned separately from the qualifying item. If you decide to return the purchased item, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and manuals intact.
  3. Missing or Damaged Gifts: If the free gift is not returned, or if it is returned in damaged or incomplete condition, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund for the returned item.

Restocking Fee Policy

At Obsessionsj.com, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. However, to ensure that all returned items are in resalable condition, we have outlined the following restocking fee policy:

  1. Restocking Fee:
    If a return is made for an item that is used, damaged, altered, or not in its original condition (including missing tags or packaging), a restocking fee of 25% of the original price will be charged. Alternatively, Obsessionsj.com reserves the right to deny the return for items that are deemed used, altered, or not in original condition.
  2. Condition of Returned Items:
    Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with all original tags, packaging, and manuals intact. If the item is not in its original condition upon return, the restocking fee may apply, or the return may be refused.

 

Exchanges:


Please note that Obsessionsj.com does not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size, style, or price, we recommend that you first return the item for a full refund (subject to the return conditions and timeframe above), and then place a new order for the desired item as a separate transaction.

United States:

Returns from the United States must be shipped via the United States postal service with insurance and tracking number provided to Obsessionsj.com.

All returned items should be declared as a ‘Return of Canadian Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. Returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shipping:

We offer delivery service to any city in Canada or the United States. All packages shipped by us are with Tracking Numbers and Delivery Confirmation Signatures for our customers security. All prices listed herein are in Canadian currency. We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MASTER CARD, Interact e-Transfer, or American Express.

Product availability:

The items available on Obsessionsj.com are subject to change. Obsessionsj.com has gone through extensive effort to integrate its stock in real-time with the web store. Despite this effort, items that appear available on the web store might be out of stock. If this occurs, Obsessionsj.com will refund the complete amount and the customer will be notified immediately of this transaction reversal.

Obsessionsj.com  has a wide selection of  product which may not be available at the store. 


Order cancellation:

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.

Customers may cancel or make changes to their order as long as the order has not been processed or shipped at our warehouse. To cancel, or make any changes, customers must contact us through our customer service telephone number or email address:

Once the item has been shipped customer can still return the item in original brand new condition as shipped without any damage by obtaining a Return Authorization prior to sending the item back. Any item returned without obtaining a return authorization may not be processed. Any package returned back to us for non acceptance upon delivery will be charged all shipping costs (both ways) incurred and a 10% restocking fee.

Sales tax:

  • Orders shipped to Ontario are subject to 13% HST.
  • Orders shipped to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick, are subject to 15% HST.
