    Do You have a Storefront where we can visit you?

    Yes, we are conveniently located at Scarborough Town Centre in Scarborough, Ontario. You can access us via RT or if you are driving we are off the McCowan exit on HWY401.

     

    Can I get a Discount on Watches or Jewellery?

    We periodically run seasonal sales and prices are discounted for various products up to 50% off at times. This is the best time to purchase as you can have some great savings.

     

    Can you help me find a particular watch or jewellery I am looking for?

    We would be happy to help. If you can just email, chat or call us and let us know your desired watch or jewellery, we will try to fulfill your request.

     

    Are your Watches and Jewellery NEW?

    We are authorized dealers of all watch brands we sell. All watches are brand new and come with full retail packaging and a manufacturer's warranty. We only sell new jewellery which comes in a beautiful presentation box.

     

    Do you have Jewellery made out of Canadian Diamonds?

    Yes, we carry a nice selection of Canadian diamond jewellery. Our Canadian Diamond jewellery selection includes engagement rings, solitaire studs, and matching pendants along with an array of fashion pieces.

     

    How much time does it take to receive a handmade gold or silver wedding band?

    All handmade wedding bands are made in Canada and are produced specially for you to fit your size and with your choice of style or pattern. It takes about 7-12 business days to produce and ship the band.

     

    Can I get a ring sized to my finger size?

    Yes, you can have a ring sized to your finger size. There may be a charge associated with sizing. Some rings are offered with free sizing. Please message us before you purchase to find out more about sizing.

     

    Do Diamond Rings come with an Appraisal?

    Most diamond rings over a retail price of $1500 come with an appraisal from an independent appraisal service. Please message us to confirm if the ring you are purchasing would accompany an appraisal.

     

    How can I pay for my order?

    ONLINE: We accept all major credit cards along with Paypal, Apple Pay, and Flexiti cards.

    INSTORE: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Oxford  Properties Gift Card (STC Gift Card), Apple Pay, and Flexiti.

     

    Do you offer a Financing or Installment option?

    We have partnered with Flexiti to provide our customers with ease of payments. Customers can apply for a Flexiti account or existing Flexiti customers can use their cards on our website to get a minimum of 3 months to pay the balance with 3 equal installments to a maximum of 12 installments depending on the value of their purchase and item selected.  Not all items qualify for the Flexiti Plan. Please refer to the Flexiti Terms & Conditions before you make the purchase.

     

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped we cannot cancel your order but you have the option to return it. In some scenarios, an order cannot be canceled if it is shipping from our partner fulfillment center and they have processed your order.

     

    How long does it take for my order to ship?

    We try our best to ship most orders within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. Some orders are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers and can take up to five business days to ship.

     

    How Can I contact you?

    There are several ways to contact us. You can call us during business hours, you can send us an email or you can just fill up the contact us form on our website. You can also reach us via the chat feature on our website.

     

    Can I return the item I bought?

    Yes, all online purchases can be returned up to 30 days in new, unworn condition with all tags intact with the original packaging.  All in-store purchases can only be exchanged up to 15 days of purchase. There are no refunds.

     

    Are the shipping charges returnable?

    Shipping charges are not refundable. If a customer earned Free Shipping we will not deduct any charge for shipping. If a customer paid for shipping then those charges will be deducted from the purchase price if an item is returned in part or full.

     

    How do you ship?

    We ship via Canada Post or Fed-Ex in most cases. Our partner fulfillment centers may use other couriers. All items shipped are with tracking numbers and are only shipped with reputable courier companies.

     

    When do you cancel an order?

    We prefer not to cancel any order but if the item is out of stock and was mistakenly showing in our inventory we do not have a choice but to cancel the order or if the price shown on the website is incorrect due to an error. Orders are also canceled if your credit card or method of payment is deemed as medium or high risk we do not have a choice but to cancel the order.

     

    Do you ship to international destinations?

    We only ship within Canada and the USA. Some watch brands restrict us from shipping outside Canada and those orders are canceled.  We encourage customers to check with us before ordering from outside Canada to avoid the cancelation of their orders.
